LATEST PRODUCT LAUNCH FROM EURESYS - PICOLO U4 H.264 BOARD
The new Euresys 4 video input capture and H.264 compression board targeting mobile video-surveillance applications, Picolo U4 board. Featuring high-quality audio capabilities.
Each video input simultaneously delivers a compressed and an uncompressed video stream leading to a total of 8 video streams delivered. The compressed video stream may be recorded or transmitted while uncompressed one is typically used for local display or video analytics. Both streams are independently configurable.
Thanks to a high resistance to extreme temperatures, shocks, vibrations and humidity, the Picolo U4 H.264 PCI-104 is particularly well suited for embedded security systems for rail and road transportation, police vehicles equipment or any mobile or outdoor video-surveillance application. The ruggedized characteristics of the board also target the video-surveillance systems installed in extreme industrial environments.
The Picolo U4 H.264 PCI-104 is a PCI-104 board and implements, for system integration, 8 general-purpose I/O lines, an on-board watchdog and a pass-through buffered video output with cascade capability. To operate the Picolo U4 H.264 PCI-104, a DirectShow filters interfaces for Windows and a Virtual File System driver for Linux either in 32t or 64bit are provided.

Multieye VideoCentre MULTIEYE software permits the operation of up to 32 video channels with up to 800ips with analogue cameras and up to 1000 MPixels/s with IP cameras, as well as up to 24TB storage capacity per recorder. In conjunction with the appropriate hardware, analogue, hybrid (analogue/IP video), and pure IP video-based solutions can all be realised.
With its top-level, site-plan based video management software, MULTIEYE VideoCenter II can administer up to 256 cameras with one licence. Video-Center II guarantees cross-system operational comfort and the efficient exploitation of available resources.
This 2 day training course will include the following;
. MULTIEYE recorder hardware and an overview of optional hardware
. How to calculate the amount of data a recorder has to transfer and how to handle this successfully.
. Functions of the MULTIEYE service dialog and the complete recorder configuration.
. Overview of remote access requirements (setting ports, bandwidth, etc)
. Remote access via WebInterface and LiveViewer
. Customisation of VideoCenter II
. Use of expansion modules such as DataLog, DesktopLogger, IO-Server
