C-MOUNT HIGH PERFORMANCE
For applications that demand superior MTF for minimum distortion there is the Linos MeVis range of lenses. These are for high end applications where performance is the most important criteria.

|
C-MOUNT MEGAPIXEL
For use with megapixel cameras, these lenses offer better resolving power than standard C-Mount. Minimum of 100 linepairs/mm across the entire lens from center to edge with less distortion makes megapixel lenses an obvious choice for application that demand higher accuracy.

C-MOUNT MML
Moritex's Machine Micro Lens (MML) series provides a wide mix of working distance and magnification combinations as well as a full offering of peripheral items such as optical axis conversion prisms, 90 degree prisms, LED coaxial illumination, etc. In addition, All Moritex lenses are designed to be of the highest optical and mechanical specifications. MMLs are packaged in compact, low mass designs, are assembled to endure the rigors of machine vision, and provide resolution, contrast and telecentricity.

C-MOUNT STANDARD
This is the most popular lens mount for vision sensor and machine vision applications. Multipix offer a comprehensive range of lenses including Pentax, Computar and Moritex. Most have adjustable focus and iris giving the user full control over image focus, brightness and depth of field with locking screws.

C-MOUNT TELECENTRIC
Telecentric lenses are often defined as lenses which maintain a constant view angle to the subject. This is achieved by keeping the optical ray paths parallel to each other. Lens telecentricity is crucial in machine vision applications such as alignment or gauging where view angle and magnification errors need to be minimised. In such applications, the parts being inspected are subject to fluctuations in position. A telecentric lens will maintain magnification and view angle to the subject as long as the part stays within the lens’ depth of field.

| MULTIPIX EVENTS: OUR LATEST PRODUCT LAUNCH......... |
DID YOU SEE US AT MACH? If you didn't make it to the MACH exhibition this year you would have missed our 3D robot demonstration. Combining a DENSO robot, Basler Scout Megapixel camera and MVTec's HALCON 9.0 imaging software our robot successfully picked and placed car parts all week. Demonstrating the reliability and robust nature of HALCON 9.0 and it's powerful 3D vision tools.
3D vision is opening doors to applications that simply would not have been possible before. Later this year MVTec will enhance 3D features even further with the launch of HALCON 10 but for now if you are looking to learn more about the exciting possibilities of 3D vision and how it can benefit your application do not hesitate to contact our sales team.
